I am a behavioral training professional with experience of 25 years in different industries. I have conducted soft skills trainings on multiple topics, induction programs for new hires, sales trainings, and process and product trainings. I have a strong belief that a well-trained employee will be able to produce effective result for the organization as well as for himself/herself. I am passionate in inspiring lives and transforming people. Through the experience from the branch of human psychology as one of the subjects in my graduation, I understand better the emotional connections for communication in work, business and even personal lives. With all training programs customized to the client’s needs, I ensure that my training sessions are very interactive .I also incorporates an excellent sense of humour in my training sessions. Being an ex-airline crew I understand the importance of positive first impression that goes beyond one’s body language, appearance the way we communicate and serve others. I have a strong track record of working collaboratively with other professionals to achieve common goals and have received a very positive feedback always from my stakeholders.
